Student Heath Insurance Plan - Eligibility and Rates
Undergraduate students enrolled for six (6) or more credit hours each semester and graduate students enrolled in three (3) or more credit hours are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan. Students enrolled in online classes must have a minimum of three (3) credit hours on campus to be eligible for enrollment. All matriculated international students with a F1 visa and all J1 visa holders will be automatically enrolled in the plan and do not need to complete the enrollment process.
Eligible students who do enroll may also insure their dependents. Eligible dependents are the student’s spouse (husband or wife) and dependent children under 26 years of age. Dependent eligibility expires concurrently with that of the insured student.
Annual coverage begins on August 16th of the new school year and continues until August 15th of the next year. Rates for the 2023-2024 school year are as follows:
